OCTOBER 10TH
This spring Brigitte and I had the opportunity to purchase the office building that I have been working out of since 2012, located at 27402 State Hwy 40, New Auburn, WI. It was at this time many may have noticed the Base Camp Country Real Estate signs start popping up in the area!
This has been a great opportunity, however prior to purchasing the building we knew there was a lot of work to be done. We have slowly been doing things over the last few months and this past week we finally were able to get a new coat of stain put on. The building needed it and boy did it really make it pop! One more coat to go, but very happy with how it turned out after just one staining. The pictures really show it was needed.
Next up, this winter we move to the inside as the inside is in need of a good update as well. Then, next spring, some landscaping is on the to-do list. Looking forward to it!
